  • Cancel anytime before renewal date

7. License & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Smart Pay Desk, including its features, UI, branding, and underlying tech, are owned by Softcodix. You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription period.

8. Service Availability & Support

We aim for 99.9% uptime.
  • Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice. 
  • Support available via email and live chat during business hours. 
  • SLAs apply for enterprise clients.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the system
  • Fail to pay dues
Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but you may request a full data export within 30 days.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide Smart Pay Desk “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Downtime due to third-party services

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of Smart Pay Desk after changes means you accept the new Terms.

This TOS, along with our Privacy Policy, SLA, and Compliance Disclosures, collectively form a binding legal agreement between you and Smart Pay Desk. It overrides all previous verbal or written agreements.
